At a young boy in the Chicago suburb of Melrose Park, Frank Chilelli was drawn to the aromas, tastes and traditions of his Italian-American family cucina. There, Grandma Maria taught him the essentials of cooking well and shared with him her best-kept recipes. Many years later, Frank found a home in Seattle, where he helped restaurants and hotels delight their customers. Meanwhile at home, the Chilelli kitchen became the center of friends, family and cooking. True to the memories of his family in Melrose Park, Frank followed his passion and launched Chilelli Foods to capture those gourmet aromas, tastes and traditions of his childhood … and to share them with you.
